1:Terms
and Condition
All Instructors are self-employed
franchisees of Baban Driving School
Of Motoring .Contract for tuition
is made between the instructor and
you, the pupil.
2:
payment
If you pay for your lessons
individually then the money will be
taken at the start of every lesson.
Please keep your card safe it is
your receipt for your payment. This
must be one payment in advance all
the time.
3:
Cancellation
Forty- eight hour notice is required
for cancellations, Otherwise the
full fee will be payable.
Cancellations must be communicated
between the pupil and the
instructor.
4:
Driving Test – use of the vehicle
In the interests of customer and
public safety your instructor
reserves the right to withhold the
use of a car for the test if, in
their opinion, your driving is
actually potentially dangerous...
